Director of Recruiting & Client ServicesOne of Kelly Tyler’s go-to sayings is, “It’s all about people.” Connecting with folks, celebrating one another, encouraging & fostering growth; that’s what feeds her soul. With a bachelor’s degree in business management and 20 years’ experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, and client services, Kelly listens carefully to understand organizational needs, such as culture and budget, then partners up to help tackle specific business challenges. When Kelly is not recruiting or working with clients, she loves spending time with family, friends & traveling. She has two awesome step-kids, who she adores and Kelly’s uniquely close relationship with their mom leaves many intrigued. At any given moment you can walk by her listening to rap, country or even Disney music. Kelly’s energy & positivity is contagious, her authenticity is impossible to deny. One phrase you’ll most definitely hear Kelly repeat is, “LOVE YOUR LIFE!”

Michelle began her career in the staffing and consulting industry in 2000 when she changed industries from being a Certified Court Reporter. As part of PIVIT Group, she has helped build and execute sales strategies and ensure success in efforts by identifying top customers in Dallas, TX and Kansas City markets.
Michelle is passionate about her role and enjoys building lasting relationships with top clients and helping them staff their open roles with quality and integrity. Michelle’s target list of clients range from the insurance, telecom, sporting venues and big tech partners.
Born in Dallas, Texas; Michelle grew up in the Kansas City area and is a graduate of Brown Mackie Business college with a degree in Court Reporting. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and five dogs, as well as attending sporting events and spending time with family and friends.
Shane has been an IT Recruiter in the Kansas City area for more than 20 years. He has recruited for local companies as well as supported clients nationwide and has been responsible for recruiting at all levels. He has participated in full life cycle recruiting for project-based work as well as staff augmentation. Shane has a sincere passion for helping others and specializes in finding top-tier candidates with the right technical & culture fit for his clients.
Shane has recruited for functional requirements such as: Project Managers, Program Managers, System Engineers, System Architects, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, IT Quality Assurance, and Database Administrators as well as souring technical requirements like Database Administrators (SQL/Oracle), Developers (.net, Java, Tibco, Ruby on Rails and SharePoint), Windows/Unix/Linux Administrators & Helpdesk/Desktop Support.
Shane is a Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Double Major: Marketing and Management from Missouri Western State University, St. Joseph Missouri. Shane is well connected in the Kansas City marketplace and well respected by his peers.
Director of Operations/PartnerMoses Muro is a steady man of very few words, but a man who gets things done through action. Bringing 20 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR and payroll administration, Moses helps facilitate rapid growth while being conscientious and detail-oriented. After his service in the United States Navy, Moses attended Emporia State University where he received his bachelor’s degree in sociology. He shows great commitment to family, friends, and most importantly his son Hudson, his driving force in life. Moses grew up in Roeland Park, Kansas and currently lives in Overland Park. Much of his free time is spent with friends, on the golf course or any local pub with a Golden Tee machine. But there’s nowhere Moses would rather be than with his son, Hudson, enjoying a movie, swimming, or playing video games at Dave and Busters.
Director of HR ConsultingJackie Vogt is a professional veteran in the HR arena, experienced at all levels. Having worked mostly in the banking industry, Jackie has developed and nurtured a love for human resources and feels blessed she has been able to practice it for so many years. Jackie earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology, which beautifully goes together with human resources. Understanding and practicing HR disciplines, with great importance on discretion and confidentiality over the past 30 years, Jackie has developed a strong, trusted reputation and is a respected resource in the HR arena. She often says it’s a unique position to take care of people’s hearts while taking care of business and Jackie has a proven record accomplishing both. Jackie lives in Olathe, Kansas with her husband David and two pups, Bella and Bailey. Jackie enjoys family time with her son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Erin, and most importantly, watching her grandson, Braeden, grow into an amazing young man.
Brad Tyler is a hands-on, thought provoking entrepreneur. Starting in the staffing industry back in 1999 and working his way through all positions in the industry, he finally reached ownership in 2016. Brad’s background began in the light industrial sector and has evolved to cover staffing in a multitude of industries, including, IT, engineering, accounting, professional, C-Level, and many more. Realizing how important relationships are to the business, Brad’s focus has been on building lasting connections with people he encounters. Instilled with a sense of rightness and the importance of giving to others without expecting anything in return, his passion is making sure his team is happy. Adopting many philosophies over the years, the most important is – In order for a company to succeed, they must provide an environment where employees feel valued with the opportunity to grow. He loves surrounding himself with experts in the industry and providing his team with the support they need to succeed in work (and life!) Outside of the office, Brad loves to spend time with his family, playing golf, traveling to new places, and attending live music shows.
